How do I get my e-ticket?

Once you have booked an experience via alpharooms you will receive an email confirming your booking. Your e-ticket will be sent as an attachment to an email shortly after we receive it, which is usually 2-4 weeks prior to travel. Your e-ticket is an important document which is proof of purchase for your experience. 

You will need to print off your e-ticket and it is essential that you take the e-ticket to your experience. You will not be allowed entrance to an attraction without a valid ticket.

Important: Please make sure you check all the details on your e-ticket are correct before printing it off. If you find any mistakes on your e-ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact us via Mange my booking section on the website.
