I have a hotel only booking with you but my flight has been cancelled

We will not charge any cancellation fees on your booking if you are forced to cancel due to the volcanic ash. In order to notify us that you require to cancel your booking follow these steps

  • Login to ‘Manage my Booking
  • Select the option to ‘Create support request’ against your booking
  • Select the 'Volcano affected booking' from the drop down menu
  • Fill in the cancellation form, stating your reason for cancellation as “Flight cancelled due to volcanic ash and wish to cancel remaining elements of the booking” as the message
  • Wait for refund to be processed
     

    We will be issuing a full refund for all travel components booked with alpharooms.com - your airline will have advised you of your refund status for the flight when you spoke to them.

    Please remain patient if you have not received it by this date as a large number of customers have been affected by this situation. All customers will be kept up to date on the situation via the ‘Manage my Booking’ section of our website
