From time to time, airlines have to amend their routes, schedules or flight numbers for operational reasons. Flight changes are beyond our control. In the event of an airline amending time/airport/date we will do our utmost to contact you well in advance. Alpharooms.com will notify you of all flight schedule changes through your email account. It is always recommended that you check your reservations and flight times a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Most schedule changes have only a minor impact, if any. However, if you have queries or concerns regarding the change on your other travel arrangements (e.g. connecting flights etc) please contact Alpharooms.com to discuss your options. Occasionally, a major change will be made to your flight arrangements. This is generally classed by carriers as a change of more than 12 hours to your flight schedule, or a change of departure airport (not including changes between Heathrow and Gatwick). In the event of a major schedule change, if a suitable alternative is available, we will offer it to you. Failing this, you will be offered the chance of accepting the change or (depending upon the operator) cancelling with a full refund.
