1. Do rentals at ski locations include ski rack, snow chains or winter tyres?
   Ski racks, snow chains or tyres are not included in the rental price quoted. They are available in some locations and should be specially requested at the time of booking. There is usually a charge for them which is payable locally. No guarantee can be made regarding their availability.
2. If I book a child seat will this definitely be provided?
   Child seats are mandatory in most countries and must be requested at the time of booking. Although instructions will be provided you will be required to fit the child seat yourself.
