    To pay via telephone, please contact our Accounts department on the following number: 0114 2515037. Please have your credit or debit card to hand, as well as the booking details.

    Both credit and debit card can be used to pay online by logging into 'My Account'.

    To check your bookings, click on 'My Account' and then login you can view your bookings. Please note you cannot log in to this section if you have not made any bookings.

    To cancel a booking please email cancellations@alpharooms.com with the booking that you would like to cancel.

    Cheques should be made payable to Alpha International Accommodation Ltd. Our postal address is: Alpha Rooms, Plantation House, 261-263 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8NX, England.
  9. questionWhat commission do I receive?
    Alpha Rooms agents are set up with 5% commission for accommodation and 15% on transfers. The commission will be taken off the price you see on our website of which we will invoice you.
  10. questionWhat methods of payment are there?
    We accept several methods of payment, including cheque, BACS, credit card or debit card.
  11. questionWhen do I receive the accommodation voucher?
    As soon as full payment has been taken the voucher will be emailed to the address associated with the account.
  12. questionWhen is payment due?
    Payment is required at least 12 weeks at the time of booking. If you are travelling in less than five weeks, payment is required straight away.
